PES 2013 Full Version Gratis for PC

This latest version of Pro Evolution Soccer feels oddly preordained. Where a match played on its great rival FIFA are at the whim of the object as bouncy and round as, well, a football, a match on PES 2013 feels as though you're performing actions placed in the stars by footballing gods.

Passes ping between players with unerring accuracy. Real football sees mis-hit shots flying off into space, or passes bouncing off clumsy legs to perform free until they're collected. Every one of PES's booted balls usually nestle inside the instep of an player almost like they were feet-seeking missiles. They're all having a soft little pop, the amount of noise most shop penny floater makes when hit perfectly.

Konami's vision of football feels divorced from reality in different ways. Sprint with all the ball and will also ride back against your runner's feet, relentless backspin killing nearly all pace. Deliver a good forward pass and odds are the eventual shot will probably be strangely scooped, too big and soft to trouble the keeper. PES determines the strength of its kicks through the amount of time the button is held – I say 'button' because even purest of PC purists needs to be using a pad – even so the opportunity to accurately hit obviously any good simple shot is seemingly measured in picoseconds.

Tackling is similarly unsatisfying: players usually tend to sashay past one another, not through individual foot-skill, but because of a strange ethereality that'll suddenly place the ball as well as its attached man on the other side of any defender. Great when it is in your favour, infuriating if you were sure you needed told your defender to slide ahead of that shot got away.

These complaints sound damning – they aren't. PES responds better to players who've had hours honing their control by of its more esoteric sub-systems, such as close control options that permit skilled ballsmiths to adopt it around other players, and it may be smooth and responsive enough to allow for beautiful, creative passages of play.

But they're few in number compared together with the Barcelona-shirted FIFA elephant within the room. That game produces several moments of panic and elation a half; PES is lucky whether or not this can bang out one out of a game. FIFA even offers the edge in performance: PES 2013 makes little utilisation of the PC's grunt, chugging out a muddy, bleak vision. Matches are plagued by replays automagically, demanding an apparent loading some time to two installments of the game's logo per video.

There's plenty of stuff to perform in this year's PES: knockout cups, online matches, a peculiarly weak training tutorial, also a licensed Champions League. But it doesn't matter how many menu options, there's still a slightly underwhelming representation of football after them. Not copying the activity to the letter is okay, but Konami have mislaid the chaos and magic of football into their translation
